KEVIN F BRESS, JD

Kevin F. Bress, JD, is a managing member in the Towson law firm of Pessin Katz Law, PA, where he practices in the areas of elder law, trusts, estate planning and probate.  He is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he teaches the Elder Law course as well as in the Graduate Tax Program.  Mr. Bress co-authored the books, Guiding Those Left Behind in Maryland and A Will Is Not Enough in Maryland.  He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Attorneys and the Maryland State Bar Association (Section on Estates and Trust Law and Section on Elder Law).  Mr. Bress earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his JD degree and MS in Taxation from the University of Baltimore.  He has presented hundreds of continuing education programs over several decades for numerous groups and is a frequent presenter for pre-retirement programs at Harford Community College and through the Community Colleges of Baltimore County.
