R. TAYLOR RUILOVA

R. Taylor Ruilova, Shareholder of the Comegno Law Group, P.C., concentrates his practice in the representation of public and private/independent schools and other members of the educational community. He is a member of the bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and regularly litigates a variety educational and school-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.  Taylor’s education practice includes extensive work with the management of special education/Section 504 issues and litigations, as well as student matters, construction issues, public contracting, and labor and employment matters. In addition to his general education law practice, Taylor has served as an Adjunct Professor for Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching School Law, and has also provided numerous lectures and in-service trainings to educational professionals throughout several states on a wide range of school law topics, including special education, Section 504, ethics, compliance, administrative issues, pupil residency, and pupil discipline.
