HEATHER CHALON, MPH

Heather Chalon, MPH, is a Master Trainer with the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI), a member of the Tai Chi for Health Community, and a passionate proponent of Tai Chi for Health programs in her home state of Arizona and beyond.  With a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona and her years of Tai Chi training, Heather currently works as a Public Health consultant and Tai Chi advocate for organizations including State and County Departments of Health, Arizona Fall Prevention Coalition, Indian Health Services, University of Arizona College of Nursing, Arizona Oncology, and many more.  Her depth of experience has helped people of all ages and stages of life to regain, replenish, and maintain their natural health and vitality, including caregivers, stroke survivors, cancer survivors, and those recovering from surgery, as well as people who have arthritis, MS, fibromyalgia, and diabetes.
