Summary:

The Digital Marketing team is currently seeking to fill the open position of Content & Social Media Marketing Intern. PESI is the nation’s leader in behavioral health education and publishing. You’ll be joining a dynamic and fun team of marketers that are passionate about creating world-class innovative digital marketing solutions to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

This remote position will incorporate skillsets such as Social Media, Marketing, Advertising, SEO, Graphic Design, and Content Creation to support PESI’s mission to Connect Knowledge with Need. The ideal candidate is creative, but also has a drive to analyze results, and strives to exceed their own performance daily. The Content & Social Media Marketing internship is an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to digital strategies that support the company’s overall marketing and business objectives. 

We are looking for the Digital Marketing Intern to work through May 2021 and be available to work 15-20 hours per week depending on the student’s schedule.   

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Create new marketing assets by repurposing content such as video, audio and text into branded top of funnel and social assets.
  • Format and publish created content on digital platforms, including: website, sales pages, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest as needed.
  • Collaborate with content strategy team and technology team from concept through layout in order to develop strong content pieces.
  • Track and report on published content performance.
  •       Work independently, but partner with marketing team members to ensure content deliverables are met. 

  • Organize and plan details for multiple projects in order to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years combined experience and/or education in marketing, digital marketing, copywriting or graphic design.
  • Social media platform publishing and trafficking experience, including but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest & YouTube, etc.
  • HTML knowledge or experience is a strong plus
  • Highly coachable and intellectually curious
  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly
  • Intuitive with social media and technology as a whole
  • Excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities:   

      • Extensive knowledge and proficiency inHubSpot. Create, deploy and manage workflows, sequences, email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action etc. within the HubSpot CRM platform.
      • Collaborate with content strategists to develop optimized marketing & automation campaign strategy.
      • Manage data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, analytic dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and execute data migration/audit projects.
      • Provide training to internal and external users on HubSpot CRM platform tools.
      • Create, update and deploy HubSpotbased web templates, landing pages, email templates and forms.
      • Oversee the creation and management of HubSpot properties with Contact, Company and Deal records.

The newly created Webinar team is currently seeking to fill the open position of Webinar Producer. The Webinar Producer will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where growth and professionalism will be achieved largely through sound judgment, sense of urgency, integrity, creativity, and a balance between strategic and tactical skills.

Summary:

The Webinar Producer has a direct impact on the learner experiences delivered during PESI webinar broadcasts. This position is responsible for daily planning, production and execution of live webinars across the U.S. and U.K. The ideal candidate will be able to manage live digital events that include remote presenters, multiple streams, audience interactivity, and spanning several days. This involves supporting presenters by providing technical guidance, assisting with day of issues, and addressing attendee concerns.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and configure webinar events through an online platform
  • Prepare and give instruction to presenters regarding webinar events
  • Launch and execute a live virtual event using Zoom or a similar online platform
  • Provide tech support to presenters and attendees the day of the event
  • Manage webinar interactivity: chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, breakout rooms
  • Generate postproduction reports and deliver to the necessary stakeholders
  • Provide a high degree of customer service when working with presenters
  • Other duties as assigned and needed of the business

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience in a broadcast production, service or tech-related field.
  • Proven success in fast paced, live event production environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
